Everything went smoothly, they never answered the phone for pick up but in the heat of the day the mini busses run really reguarly so not a problem. I will definitely use again when flying from Bristol.

Very good price. Easy to drop off and pick up car. Could have done with the car being a bit closer as we got back in the early hours in the morning but other than that would recommend.

I always use Oakwood. The only improvement needed is a better system when collecting us from the airport. If you are first in the queue and put your bags in the back you are not be guaranteed a seat as it’s a free for all. Perhaps the drivers need to control who gets in and when.

Sooo convenient for Bristol Airport. Polite Staff. Fashion tip….. don’t wear light coloured clothing for the short trip , unfortunately the transport is very dirty & dusty inside.🥴

Parking system works well at Bristol especially on the return journey.

Very good but drivers could be a bit more helpful with luggage, especially toward the elderly.

Overall the experience was very good, the staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Our arrival time for dropping off at the parking venue was around 3am the only slight issue that we had was that whilst trying to find the parking site we drove past as the site entrance was not very well lit up. Outbound driver was not very pleasant, if anything as Support Worker accompying service user -C Davies was quite upset that she couldn't wait to get out of the bus and the way he spoke to her about how suitcases were supposed to be stored was uncalled for as we were not told about this. The inbound driver was very polite and nice even assisted us nicely with our suitcases there and back at Oakwood.

Parking was easy to find and the shuttle drops and picks you up very quickly. Only reason I wouldn’t give a five star rating is because the woman in reception was miserable, blunt and unfriendly.
